1. Authorization

By signing up for a recurring donation, you authorize Protectiva Health Foundation to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the frequency you selected (e.g., monthly).

2. Flexibility and Control

You are in full control of your giving. You can increase, decrease, or pause your recurring donation at any time.

3. How to Cancel or Modify

To cancel or change your recurring donation, you can:

• Use the link provided in your initial donation confirmation email.
• Log in to your donor portal (if applicable).
• Contact our support team at info@phfoundation.net at least 3 business days before your next scheduled payment.

4. Payment Failures

If a recurring payment fails (e.g., expired card), we will attempt to contact you via email to update your information. If the payment fails multiple times, the recurring donation may be automatically paused.

5. Notification of Changes

We will notify you in advance if there are any significant changes to our recurring donation program or these terms.
