Protectiva Health Foundation operates with the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and fairness. We have zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, money laundering, or any form of fraudulent activity.

2. Fraud Prevention

We implement strict internal controls to protect our resources and the donations entrusted to us. This includes:

• Regular monitoring of financial transactions.
• Due diligence on all partners, suppliers, and major donors.
• Secure payment processing through regulated partners (see our Payment Security & Methods).

3. Conflict of Interest

Our staff, board members, and volunteers are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest to ensure that all decisions are made solely in the best interest of the Foundation and the communities we serve.

4. Reporting Misconduct

We encourage anyone who suspects fraudulent or unethical behavior to report it immediately. Reports can be made anonymously through our Contact & Complaints page or by emailing ethics@phfoundation.net.
