1. Our Commitment

Protectiva Health Foundation is dedicated to the safety and well-being of all children involved in or impacted by our programs. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child abuse, exploitation, or neglect.

2. Privacy and Data Protection for Children

We take extra precautions when handling information related to minors:

  • We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16 without explicit parental or guardian consent.
  • Images or stories of children used in our Our Stories section are published only with informed consent and in a manner that protects the child’s dignity and safety.

3. Safe Programming

All our field projects and partnerships are vetted to ensure they adhere to international child safeguarding standards. Our staff and volunteers are required to follow a strict code of conduct when interacting with children.

4. Reporting Concerns

If you have any concerns regarding the safety of a child in relation to our work, please report it immediately through our Contact & Complaints page or email safeguarding@phfoundation.net. All reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality and urgency.
